I just got a message from the great people at Make Technologies and they received a fax from the HRDC (Human Resources Department Canada) asking for some more information. After HRDC, it is only the Work Permit application that can hold us back, which is a lot more of a formality than the HRDC assessment...

There is a lot of finger-crossing going on around here, and I really hope we will be able to leave on time. Our wall-calendar of the following month is getting ridiculously full and every day we think of even more things to do. I'll be very glad if this is over and we'll be walking around Stanley Park in the sunshine :-)
